Welcome to our NEW Online Utilization Report system!

The ARCH Family Log-In Process has changed. Your new Username follows this format:

First Initial of Consumer First Name
Then First 3 Letters of Consumer Last Name
Then Last 4 digits of Consumer Social Security Number.
Example: Rita Respite, SSN 111-22-1010 would be Username RRES1010.

Please use this UserName format from now on.

Your Password remains the same. However, you will have the ability to update your password at any time once you log on to the new system. Simply click Update my Password on the left-hand navigation. Passwords are Case-Sensitive.
